Fig and Honey is a locally produced lifestyle brand that focuses on simple, evergreen garments that are versatile and modifiable in nature. By hand-making every item in Cape Town, using responsibly sourced materials, Fig and Honey lets you shop a range of quality products made with care and consideration.

Wardrobe staples that form the base of the core range are made to be worn your way, and deliver on three simple principles: comfort, ease and value.

Here are some FAQs

1. What are the shipping Costs within South Africa?

There is a delivery fee of R65 within South Africa. Delivery is free with purchases over R1200.

2. When will I receiving my order?

We use Aramex Store-to-Door couriers. All parcels can be tracked on their website (www.aramex.co.za) by inserting your waybill number in the track and trace field on their home page. Domestic deliveries to main centres should arrive by the next business day from dropping off the parcel and outlying areas may take up to 72 hours. Aramex Stoor-to-Door delivers to a signature from receiver- so please do not send to a P.O. Box.

We aim to drop off your order with our courier within 1-5 working days of receiving the order to ensure you get your order within 7 working days from placing your order.

Please note: if orders are being sent to remote and/or outlying places there may be a delay in delivery time.

3. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dropped off at the couriers, you will receive an email with all shipment details, including a tracking number which you can use to track your order.

4. Can I exchange my items for a new size or return my items?

If you are unhappy with your item or size we are happy for you to exchange or return the item, however it is your responsibility to get the item back to us.

Our exchange and return policy lasts 14 days from the day of purchase. Unfortunately if it has been more than 14 days we can not offer you an exchange or refund.

If it is within the 14 days since purchasing the item, the item must be unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging with all tags still attached.

If you are wanting an exchange or return please email us at hello@figandhoney.co.za with your order number and name as the reference. Please tell us which item you are returning and why, along with your details and we will get back to you within 1-2 working days.

Please note: You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The shipping costs are non- refundable, so if you do receive your return the shipping cost will be deducted. Once we receive your return we will examine the item and once it has been approved we will refund you your money.

If the item has a defect you will need to inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Please note: there will be no returns on sale items.

5. Where are you stock in Cape Town so we can try on the items?

We are stocked at The Strangers Club (1 Braemar Rd, Green Point, Cape Town). A beautiful cafe and retail space on the corner of Wessels and Braemar Rd, where many local brands are stocked.

6. How do we care for our garments?

We have care guides on our wash care labels in all of our garments which you can refer to- otherwise here is the information you will need to follow below:

Please follow your wash care label as most of our garments need to be hand washed and if you do not follow the wash care instructions your item can be damaged.

Here are some tips to make your clothes last too:

Buy fabrics that are of good quality, durable and organic as can be
Wash less frequently
Fold your clothes along the seams
Use the correct hangers
Avoid ironing
Wash your lights and darks separately
Air dry your clothes
Wash your clothing inside out to keep your colour from fading
